You will have a primary focus on negotiation and management of Parks Victoria work accommodation leases to ensure delivery of fit for purpose, sustainable and economically prudent work accommodation that facilitates the delivery of operational outcomes of the organisation.

About the branch: The Facilities and Asset Management Directorate sits within the Infrastructure Division of Parks Victoria. The Directorate provides asset management services, environmental and heritage advisory services, built asset technical leadership, centralised asset monitoring and auditing programs, central administration of residential tenancy agreements, work accommodation guidelines and policy, vehicle fleet and major plant and equipment management services.
