We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of Calvary John James Hospital buildings.
In this role, you will ensure that all facilities are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards, providing a secure and efficient environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all buildings, plant and equipment at Calvary John James Hospital, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Plan and prioritise maintenance tasks to meet high standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.Lead strategic asset management and oversee the plant life cycle to enhance operational efficiency.Work closely with external contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of work orders.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative requirements in facilities management.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address and resolve maintenance requests promptly.About you Experience in electrical and/or mechanical trades.Experience managing planned preventative maintenance schedules and in arranging and/or participating in reactive maintenance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients.Demonstrated skills in effective task management.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a diverse team or participate as an active member of a team, consistent with the philosophy and policies of the Organisation.Commitment to a customer-focused service.Why work for Calvary?
