We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Facilities Manager to lead the management and delivery of multi-million dollar contracts for a large-scale campus in Brisbane. This is an exciting 6-9 month contract opportunity, ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all soft services operations across the campus, ensuring service excellence in cleaning, security, catering, waste management, pest control, and grounds maintenance. Manage and lead a team of service providers to deliver high-quality facilities services within budget and timeline constraints. Monitor and manage contracts, ensuring all service providers meet agreed SLAs and KPIs. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. Liaise with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment with operational objectives, maintaining strong working relationships. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Financial management of the contracts, including budget tracking, cost control, and identifying areas for savings or reinvestment. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a soft services facilities management role within a large-scale or complex environment. Experience managing multi-million dollar contracts with a solid understanding of facilities management best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and service providers. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to facilities management. Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and controlling costs in a large operational setting.
