Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Services Technician to join our team at Programmed. As a Facilities Services Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance duties for our clients across various industries.
About the Role: The Facilities Services Technician is a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary Tradesperson who will provide a range of services including:
MowingAgri-chemical sprayingBuilding condition assessmentPest controlSubcontractor supervisionHandyperson servicesCustomer and Grid service provider liaisonsThis is an autonomous role that requires you to work independently, moving from site to site to carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. You will have the flexibility to organize your own schedule to ensure the demands and needs of your locations are met at a high standard.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high degree of ownership, accountability, and ability to work autonomously. You must also be physically fit, flexible, and adaptable, with a full Class 1 NZ driver's license and ability to drive manual.
