A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including a competitive leave policy and 24/7 access to the Sonder app. Coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance for the Adelaide Regional Distribution Centre (Gepps Cross). Support the Facilities & Maintenance Manager in tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance. Monitor Facilities & Maintenance contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements File, report & record maintenance records and incident management Support team's compliance to WOW and Primary Connect's policies and procedures What you'll bring Experience in the facilities and/or property industry and/or building services Knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services Excellent organisation and administrative skills Intermediate MS and/or Google Suite skills  Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Flexibility to work Monday - Friday (9 - 5:30) onsite at Gepps Cross Endless possibilities with Woolworths Group We're a proud part of the Woolworths Group – 200,000+ bright minds, passionate hearts and unique perspectives working together connected by a shared Purpose – 'to create better experiences together for a better tomorrow.'
