Facilities Maintenance Planner and Scheduler Engineering and Facilities Services | Administration/Support/Service, Building/Construction, Trades/Service The Facilities Maintenance Planner and Scheduler works withinthe Engineering and Facilities Services (EFS) Branch, whichconsists of three teams: Facilities Management; IndustrialEngineering; and Products and Process Engineering. Working withinthe Facilities Management team, the Facilities Maintenance Plannerand Scheduler reports directly to the Facilities Asset Manager. The Facilities Maintenance Planner and Scheduler's primaryfocus is to develop and monitor work schedules to support thedelivery of preventive maintenance and capital programs. TheMint's Asset Management Strategies, Policies, Procedures andService Level Agreements (SLAs) govern this work package. The successful applicant is required to work full-timeand on-site. The duties of this position include: 1. Planning work initiated through variousstakeholders, ensuring that the required resources are availableand work is carried out in line with Asset Maintenance Plans, assetcriticalities and SLAs (where applicable). 2. Analysing and providing advice on system based datain order to identify trends in asset performance, resourceutilisation and parts availability. 3. Determining and monitoring labour capacity in orderto develop monthly work plans to maximise resource utilisation. 4. Liaising with various internal stakeholders toensure preventive maintenance programs are delivered withintargets. 5. Providing ad hoc training and support to staff toeffectively use the CMMS and while working collaboratively withbranch managers. 6. Developing/reviewing standard Work plans in RAM toensure a consistent approach is delivered for recurring workorders. 7. Ensuring CMMS Work Management data quality andintegrity to improve performance and support managementdecisions. Security clearance This position requires a Baseline security clearance.
