Competitive salary + salary packaging + 5wks annual leave Diverse & varied role in a supportive and dynamic environment Actively manage the VERTO fleet of motor vehicles Full-time position based in Bathurst VERTO is seeking a highly organised individual to fill the role of a Facilities/fleet Coordinator to work within the VERTO Corporate team.
Internally titled as 'Corporate Coordinator' this position will provide daily support across all service areas of VERTO.
This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will require you to gain a solid understanding of all aspects of the organisation and its operational needs to successfully fulfill the requirements of this role.
About the role....
This role will require you to: Actively manage the VERTO fleet of motor vehicles Deliver solutions focused results and analysis on corporate functions Coordinate service delivery projects across the organisation Maintain an accurate database of all VERTO vehicles Provide assistance and back up to facilities team members Manage the support helpdesk and follow-up with enquiries as necessary Analyse, develop reports and provide solutions on motor vehicle/infrastructure issues as required Establish and maintain relationships with 3rd parties and contractors including regular review of services provided Manage site related WHS requirements including insurance claims About you..... To be successful in this exciting and rewarding role you will have the following: Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills High level organisational, time management, administrative and information management skills Experienced in scheduling and coordination of data Demonstrated experience using a range of computer applications ie MS Office Suite and database applications Proactive approach to problem solving with a high level of initiative and ability to anticipate needs and requirements Ability to manage multiple tasks and functions involving complexity of information and task Ability to work unsupervised in a busy, dynamic business administration environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel Benefits and culture....
