Facilities Engineering Supervisor (Lead Technician) - Data Centre

MCR are seeking an experienced mechanical or electrical lead technician / engineer to supervise onsite teams in a highly critical data centre environment.The onsite teams are responsible for the maintenance and management of all critical MEP services for the site. The lead supervisor will coordinate and supervise both the onsite teams, as well as external contractors and vendors attending the site.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and oversee planned preventative maintenanceManage vendorsEnsure SOPs and MOPs adherenceMentor and develop the teamUpdating CMMS systemsService request and emergency responseTroubleshootingExperienceDegree, or trade background, in Electrical, Mechanical or MechatronicsProven experience in a technician / technical role in highly critical environments requiring 24/7 uptimeKnowledge of critical MEP infrastructureSupervisory experienceUnderstanding of BMS systemsPlease note that Australian citizenship is a requirement for this role due to the need to gain NV1 security clearance.
