Description About Us Kieser Australia is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics. Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.
Join the Property team as a Facilities Coordinator, who is responsible for managing facility maintenance requests in a timely manner and coordinating multiple subcontractors across Kieser's sites.
Responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating all maintenance and repair activities for Kieser's clinics Supporting the Senior Facilities Lead with tenders for planned maintenance Managing work orders that arise from facility audits & assisting with standards improvement Managing essential maintenance work tied to risk mitigation (i.e. events) Building strong relationships with clinics and subcontractors Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget Completing general administration tasks and supporting the Property team Working with the Senior Facilities Lead to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs Managing the budget for facilities maintenance and repairs This is a part-time role, 4 days per week, with approximate working hours from 9am to 3:30pm.
Qualifications & Certifications Required:
