What You Will Be Doing: Compliance Framework: Implement and enhance the compliance framework for the property portfolio, ensuring adherence to legislative and internal/external policy requirements.Essential Service Compliance: Manage compliance audits, inspections, and documentation for essential services, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and authorities.Asbestos Audits: Schedule and manage asbestos audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and tenant notification.Vertical Transport & Backflow: Administer the registration of vertical transport systems and backflow prevention devices.Tenancy Coordination: Coordinate tenancy checklists, collate fit-out documentation, and ensure compliance with occupancy permit requirements.New Site Compliance: Establish and maintain compliance procedures for new properties, ensuring successful ESM submissions and ongoing compliance.About You: Strong understanding of building maintenance, compliance, and building services/infrastructure.Proven experience in developing and delivering complex compliance processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building.A natural problem solver with an analytical approach and strong attention to detail.Organised and comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.At Spotlight Retail Group, you will: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
