Skills and AttributesExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsGood time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsProactive approach and problem solving abilityPositive, can-do attitudePunctuality and reliability Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment would be beneficial but not essential.
Your role This full-time role will support the professional running of office operations and facilities through carrying out a range of tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
Key duties include: FacilitiesSort, distribute and send internal and external mailAttend to hand deliveries and court runs within the Brisbane CBDCourt filingOrganise couriersAssist with archiving physical and electronic filesOperationsAssist with incoming, transferring and outgoing staff movementsAssist with office moves, move office equipment and furnitureOrder and maintain stationery, general supplies, catering and office equipmentClient ServiceProvide relief cover for receptionGeneral administrative duties and support as requiredAbout Gadens Gadens is the only law firm to be recognised in AFR BOSS Magazine's Best Places to Work 2024, which ranks Australia and New Zealand's best workplaces across nine different industries.
