The role
As a Facilities Clerk for a national law firm, you will be supporting the running of office operations and facilities. Your duties will include:
Archiving.Sort, distribute and send internal and external mail.Attend to hand deliveries and court runs within the Brisbane CBD.Court filing.Organise couriers.Assist with incoming, transferring and outgoing staff movements.Assist with office moves, move office equipment and furniture.Order and maintain stationery, general supplies, catering and office equipment.Assist with set up and clean up for events.Provide relief cover for reception.General administrative duties and support as required.Your experience
You will be required to have at least 6-12 months experience similar in a law firm or professional services environment.
The firm/ Salary/ Benefits
National law firm with 200 staff, supportive environment. Thorough Induction training, yearly salary/performance reviews, monthly drinks, corporate health plans, sporting events, charity participation, paid maternity leave and corporate environment. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $60,000 - $65,000 including superannuation).
