Outline Duties
To assist with their continued delivery of high-quality facilities, providing building occupiers, users and customers with safe, clean, technically sound buildings, they require Facilities / Building Managers with a proven track record across large sites.
Holding trade qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical or HVACR, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills and prior experience of overseeing / managing FM & Maintenance service provision within large Shopping Centres, Commercial Buildings, Tertiary Education, Defence, or Healthcare sectors.
Skills and Attributes Over 5years industry experience, you will have gained at least 3years Facilities Maintenance Management or Supervisory experience within an organisation delivering a mix of Electrical, Mechanical and HVACR planned and reactive maintenance. You will have strong Client Relationship skills, able to undertake site walk-rounds, engage with building occupiers / users and identify any defects, reactive maintenance or potential hazards. You will be able to clearly highlight urgent repairs or 1st fix requirements, along with the ability to oversee / instruct direct and contractor staff. Strong administrative skills, able to log / sign-off jobs on a CMMS and complete daily / weekly reports.
