This role is working for Cambridge Management Services, part of the BDPG!About the Role:Deal promptly and professionally with phone, email, and any face-to-face meetings and written communications.Prepare and assist with reports on financial and management objectives for various Stakeholders, as required for each scheme.Draft and issue breach correspondence relevant to the Body Corporate by-laws as directed by each scheme.Attend Committee Meetings to provide a detailed update on the Facilities Management for each scheme.Conduct regular site inspections for each scheme.Arrange quotations and/or contractors as required and ensure all contractors attending onsite are WHS compliant.Ensure all processes and compliance standards are followed.Manage filing, archive, asset and contract register management.Maintain ongoing communication with contractors and clients and work closely with Strata Management and Operations team.Prepare and file reports with local Government and regulatory authorities as directed.About You:Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ethical behaviour.Why Join Us?High culture rating and supportive work environment.A business that recognises those who live and breathe our company values of fun, honesty, vision, authenticity, support, and #bebetter.Opportunities for further personal and professional development and training.Flexible and hybrid work environment and locations.Amazing opportunities across the wider Bright & Duggan Group.Supportive team environment.Bright & Duggan is an equal opportunity employer.
