RoleKambrya College would welcome an experienced and suitably qualified person to assume the role of Facilities Manager with responsibility to maintain and develop the school facilities so that they are consistently safe, functional and attractive.
The Facilities role includes, but is not limited to, buildings, furniture and fittings, utility services, infrastructure, cleaning, annual contracts, OHS, grounds.
A willingness and ability to learn new skills, and where appropriate, undertake further training would be required.
The Facilities Manager is responsible to the Business Manager, is a member of the Facilities subcommittee of School Council and works under the guidance of relevant school committees.
