We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to join our well-established team at our beautiful central Robina location.
In this role, you will work closely with the Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee the coordination of scheduled servicing, ensure the smooth operation of building maintenance, and handle urgent repairs as required. You will also assist with hands-on tasks when needed to ensure all centres meet the highest safety and operational standards.

About your new role Organize and manage scheduled servicing across multiple childcare centres, ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance for buildings, grounds, and equipment.Coordinate and oversee reactive maintenance tasks, responding efficiently to urgent maintenance requests.Communicate with contractors and service providers to arrange repairs and maintenance, ensuring all work complies with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.Assist with minor hands-on maintenance tasks when required to ensure issues are resolved quickly.Manage incoming maintenance requests via phone and email, providing prompt responses and updates to centre staff.Monitor the completion of scheduled and non-scheduled works, ensuring high standards are maintained across all facilities.Maintain accurate records, including the scheduling of servicing, contractor details, and compliance documentation.Process invoices and ensure timely payments for contractors and service providers.Assist the Facilities and Maintenance Manager with administrative duties and special projects as required.A little about you Experience in a Facilities Management, Maintenance Administration, or Commercial Property Management role (highly desirable).Previous experience in administration or coordinating services in a maintenance or facilities context (desirable).Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and tasks effectively.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess maintenance needs and coordinate appropriate solutions.Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a wider team.A proactive approach, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Valid Driver's License and flexibility to travel to long day care locations locally and occasionally interstate (as required).Hold a relevant State Working with Children Check, Blue Card, or Safety Screening (or ability to obtain one).How to apply This is an exciting, fast-paced role!
