As a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

#We Are Ground Probe What you will be doing Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to WHS policies, actively improve workplace safety, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Facility Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain safe and clean environments, and coordinate with contractors for maintenance.
Maintenance Coordination: Develop preventative maintenance schedules, respond to requests, and keep detailed maintenance logs.
Space Planning: Manage office space allocations, coordinate workstation and office moves and setups, and optimize production floor use.
Vendor and Budget Management: Liaise with vendors, manage the facilities budget, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure safety equipment is maintained.
Communication and Project Management: Serve as the primary contact for facilities issues for employees, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage renovation or installation projects.
What you will bring Trades certificate or Diploma: Preferred in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Facilities Management Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Experience in managing both office environments and production/industrial facilities is highly desirable.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing facility-related projects.
Vendor Management: Experience in managing contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers.
