MAYDAY Recruitment is recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join a well established medical focused organisation based in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

In this exciting and rewarding role you will provide administrative and facilities support to the business.

Ensuring that all facilities and services are well-maintained, fully functional, and up to the highest standards. You'll serve as the go-to person for tasks like contractor management, processing invoices, handling helpdesk requests, managing office operations, overseeing security systems, administration, reporting, site projects, and more.Full time position based in gorgeous offices in Macquarie Park (In the office)Paying $75k- $90k depending on experience.Full time opportuityParking on site, plus super close to public transport.Immediate startFantastic company culture, great company to get your foot in the door with.

Main Responsibilities Include

The Facilities coordinator will work alongside our wider facilities and property projects team. This is a varied, interesting, and highly visible role which will see you work across the business providing support with maintenance, servicing and operations for our HQ and laboratory sites. Main responsibilities include:

Manage purchase orders and receiptingOversee contractor activities and new equipment installationsManage service contractsHandle helpdesk requests Maintain Facilities SharePoint pageSupport site projects and improvements

Experience in a similar or administrative focused roleExcellent coordination skillsExcellent communication skills Be driven, with a can-do attitude and positive energyExcellent MS Office SkillExceptional customer service and stakeholder relationship management skillsHigh level organisation skills Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
