This position involves coordinating multiple facilities management contracts and ensuring effective communication across various departments.
Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet service requests promptly.
Explaining technical issues in a clear and simple manner to facilitate understanding among non-technical staff.
Managing contractor schedules and prioritizing service requests efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
Ensuring customer needs are met with empathy and professionalism, even in high-pressure situations.
Maintaining a solid understanding of facilities management processes and compliance standards to coordinate repairs effectively.
Logging jobs accurately, allocating resources correctly, and adhering to specific client requests.
About the Individual: Previous experience in facilities management, customer service, or administrative roles.
Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Understanding of technical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
