The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager to operate the assets efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Provide technical and operational process supportEstablish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholdersPreparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wideAssist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex managementEnsure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is providedIntermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internalsManaging contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservationSkills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
