About the role: We are seeking a Facilitator for within our Learning & Development team at Aruma!
You will be responsible for delivering essential training, including induction for new employees and targeted sessions for various lines of business such as Employment, Adult Services, Children's Services, and Community.
This role involves providing online induction training to equip staff with the knowledge needed to support customers effectively, as well as delivering face-to-face Safety Intervention and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training.
You will build strong relationships with managers to enhance service delivery and compliance.
Success will be measured by the effectiveness of training sessions, the confidence of new starters, and overall improvements in service across Aruma.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure training is being delivered in a variety of formats including virtual classroom, face to face training and facilitated sessions for accredited and in house modules.
Manage training sessions, including enrolment administration, coordination of training resources, venue arrangements, accommodation, and travel logistics.
Facilitate both online and in-person training, requiring regular travel within and between states.
Ensure feedback is being provided to line managers for any concerns about staff participation.
Monitor and ensure evaluation surveys are being implemented, meeting KPI level and results are discussed for continuous improvement of learning and development methods and materials.
Schedule and coordinate session requirements, such as enrolment administration, training resources, venues, accommodation, and travel Develop training resources which are accessible, version controlled and available for the rest of the team.

About You: Minimum of two years' experience in a Learning and Development role.
Demonstrated competence in facilitating both group and individual learning.
Experience working in the disability sector.
Sound knowledge of adult learning principles.
A strong commitment to Aruma's values and Code of Conduct.
A customer/learner-focused approach to training delivery.
Demonstrates cultural competence and an ability to design and deliver inclusive training that meets the needs of a diverse workforce.
Effective organisation skills with the ability to independently manage workload, set priorities (within team/organisation objectives), and meet deadlines.
Well-developed computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning tools, including the ability to create or adapt content for online platforms.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing organisational needs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Willingness and ability to travel interstate as required (up to 3 weeks per month).
Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
