Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Contract/Temp Facilitator/Consultant with strong senior HR experience - Western Australia iHR Australia is a leading provider of workplace relations, workplace investigations, training and human resources solutions to a diverse range of clients, including high profile public, private, government, state and federal judiciary and not-for-profit organisations.

About the Role We are looking to appoint a senior facilitator/consultant engaged on an 'as required basis' to facilitate iHR Australia's programs and work with our Western Australian clients.
Key programs include: Leadership and management programs Performance management Mental health and wellbeing The successful candidate may also provide consulting services to iHR Australia's clients relating to human resources matters and/or conduct workplace investigations or mediations.
About the Person iHR Australia facilitators/consultants must be highly engaging and have the capacity to deliver programs in a unique and innovative manner, delivering behavioural based approaches using professional actors and provide ethical, legally sound, and practical consultancy.
Our clients are diverse, and our facilitators/consultants must be adept at delivering to senior management in large corporate environments, and also be very comfortable in an industrial environment.
Candidates must have: Extensive experience in a human resources role at a senior level; Demonstrated experience working within Australian employment law structure, both State and Federal; An understanding of the intent and application of laws related to workplace relations, behaviour and wellbeing in the workplace; Significant facilitation and/or consulting experience; Experience in providing advice and consultancy in relation to managing change and/or HR practices and policy would be a great advantage; Experience conducting mediations and/or investigations would be an advantage but not required; Applicants will need to have an ABN or ACN; Applicants must be willing to travel on an ad-hoc basis (all travel expenses paid).
