Permanent, full-time roleRole will ideally be based in SydneyTravel may be required in this roleHow will I help?We are looking for a Facilitator/Coach to join the Consumer Division Capability team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery and Engagement, this role is responsible for delivering high-impact coaching and facilitation services that drive leadership excellence, foster team cohesion, and accelerate both professional and personal growth.This role is critical in supporting our leaders, employees and teams to enhance performance and create a culture of continuous learning and development, while also contributing to analysis and design activities through expert facilitation.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Conduct assessment and deliver impactful leadership, personal and professional programs that measurably improve capability and performanceProvide one-on-one coaching to leaders, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities and personal effectivenessFacilitate team-building sessions and workshops to improve team dynamics, communication, and collaborationUtilise face to face and virtual delivery mediums to create a quality learning experienceImplement coaching frameworks and methodologies aligned with the bank's leadership capability frameworkSupport analysis and design activities through facilitation of workshops or conducting fieldwork activities in partnership with the Performance Consulting and Capability Solutions teamsContribute expertise to needs analysis, solution design, and evaluation activities through a facilitation lensWhat do I need?Experience facilitating virtual learning solutions, using webinar technologyYou will have experience facilitating and delivering leadership programsExcellence in classroom delivery either in face to face or virtualAdvanced communication and presentation skillsCoaching experienceICF (International Coach Federation) certification at PCC level or equivalentAccreditation in psychometric tools (e.g., LSI, DiSC)Experience in banking & financial servicesHow do I apply?Start here.
