Our client is a tier 1 builder with the flexibility of a small business, offering the growing team development, support, and flexibility outside of the industry norm. They have a large number of projects in Australia live and commencing, predominantly delivering high-end apartment and commercial developments with two major Brisbane projects.
The Role
Facade Manager looking after a tower as part of a larger development from ground up - Long term project Manage interface with design and engineering teams and lead a subject to completion. Clarify the technical information, scope of works, and interfaces with other trades during the procurement phase. Manage and coordinate all facade activities, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality, and Programme. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Experience/Qualifications Required
A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1 builders or subcontractors in an upper management role specifically related to facades (minimum of 5 years). Experience delivering projects north of $100m. Experience in Australia working for the head contractor or a reputable subcontractor related to facades (preferred). A trade or tertiary qualification in construction. Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac, and MS suites. Experience working both autonomously and in a large team in a Tier 1 major project environment (in commercial construction). Compliance with legislative and policy requirements. Whats on offer
