ABOUT THE ROLE. Leveraging your expertise in the Façade sector, you will oversee projects that will significantly enhance your portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with the engineering team, conducting site inspections, reviewing designs, and preparing detailed reports based on your findings.
Additionally, you will engage with managers and key stakeholders to address any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolutions and smooth project progression.
DUTIES. Structural analysis and coordination of facade components such as curtain wall, glazed walls, waterproofing and facade ventilation.Conduct site inspections and fulfill detailed reports.Conduct building diagnostics and access reports.Design projects using Strand7 and AutoCAD software.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Degree qualifications in Engineering.Minimum 3 years local Facade Engineering experience.Experienced with Class 2 buildings.Proficient with Strand7, AutoCAD and other related software.Strong verbal and written communication.Design Building Practitioners Act (DBP) - Advantageous.Ropes Access - Advantageous.CULTURE.
