LOCATION & HOURS: Well located clinics, close to public transport (and good coffee and great restaurants, pubs and shops).Priority placed on workplace flexibility and work-life balance.0.6 EFT (minimum) - to full time (flexible days and hours).Possibility of 1x fortnightly Saturday and/or late shift.In-Clinic, community, school, centre or WFH services (based on your preferences).ROLE: Part of our team of 15 SPs and 4 AHAs.Adult caseload (minimum 0.4) plus paediatric work available too if you like.Mainly based at Coburg/Northcote clinics with some outreach days.Generous salary and leadership/supervision opportunities, commensurate with experience.BENEFITS: Comprehensive team wellbeing program with a strong focus on mental health.Incredible in-house mentoring & PD program and investment into your professional growth and learning.Personalised supervision program.Above-award salary (commensurate with experience).Up to 6 weeks annual leave.Work from home days/tele-health services mixed with in-person.Grade of role dependent on your experience.Flexibility +++.REALLY IMPORTANT CRITERIA: You're smart, practical, kind, lovely and generally fabulous with a good sense of self outside of your work.Have a good understanding of how to meet your own needs within a workplace.Enjoy working in a school-based setting and engaging with teaching staff.Desire/experience in working with adult caseload, voice/stroke/prog neuro/etc.Superb time management skills, attention to detail and excellent communication.Warm, genuine manner, well-developed interpersonal skills, and an ability to foster rapport with a diverse range of clients and staff.Passionate about providing an excellent, evidence-based service for clients and their families.Interested in mentoring and problem-solving with your colleagues.Seeking a dynamic, flexible and innovative workplace.Are eligible to be a member of SPA.NICE TO HAVE CRITERIA: A good understanding of what aspects of our work "fill your bucket".Have previous experience in mentoring and supporting staff in the workplace.Experience or interest in working with paediatric and school-aged clients (early intervention through to adolescent) with speech, language or communication needs.Demonstrated ability to design and develop assessment or therapy programs.Experience in both tele-health and in-person service delivery.OTHER THINGS: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
