£22 per hour (CIS/LTD)Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pmOvertime paid at enhanced ratesOngoing temporary contractThe Role: Fabricator Welder Working in a workshop & on various sites in the North WestFabricating a range of different products from start to finishPipe fabrication and weldingTIG and MIG welding on ferrous and non-ferrous metalsWorking from engineering drawings to plan and execute pipefitting tasks for both mechanical and electrical projects.Working with hygiene pipe.Ensure accurate assembly and installation of pipes, valves, fittings, and related equipmentConduct regular quality checks.Measure, cut, thread, and weld pipes and tubing to specifications.Maintain detailed records of work.What our client is looking for in a Fabricator Welder: City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in Welding and Fabrication BENEFICIALPipefitting experience - ESSENTIALPipe fabrication experience ESSENTIALExperience with TIG welding ESSENTIALAbility to interpret complex drawings - ESSENTIALHygiene Pipe Welding Experience - BENEFICIALStrong knowledge of various pipe materials, fittings, and joining methods.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailCoded or previously coded - BENEFICIALDriving Licence and access to a car - ESSENTIALCCNSG Safety Passport - BENEFICIALKey skills or similar Job titles: Fabricator Pipefitter, Pipe Welder, Pipefitter Welder, Coded Welder, TIG Welder, Fabricator welder, Welder Fabricator.

Hourly rate of £17.12 per hour (PAYE)Basic Salary of £35,609 per annumOvertime paid at x1.5 (£25.68) & x2 (£34.24)Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pmOvertime available after hours and on weekends25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysBirthday leaveBuy & Sell up to 5 days leave per yearMedicash Health BenefitReferral SchemePensionPermanent OpportunityThe role - Fabricator Welder (Heavy Gauge) Fabricating structural components.Plate preparation, using different methods (Oxy – fuel gas cutting & Hand Grinding), pressure testing, drilling & lock fitting.Fit, fair and tack weld steelwork.Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.Operating various tools and machinery.Assembling the parts into a structure, usually by welding it, but sometimes using bolts and rivets.Finishing off the assembly, using tools like grinders and polishers to smooth the surface.Ensuring high-quality standards are met.Following health and safety protocols.What our client is looking for in a Fabricator Welder (Heavy Gauge): City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in fabrication or welding / Plating.Proven expertise in fabrication and welding.
