What We Offer: Full-time, long-term employment – 40-hour workweek, Monday to FridayCompetitive pay– $35-$40 per hour (negotiable based on experience)Overtime and penalty rates + Rostered day off every 4 weeksImmediate start – Become part of our motivated team NOW!Your Role: Fabricate frames, enclosures, skids, and structures.Perform metal welding, pipe bending, and sheet metal work.Work onsite and provide electrical support.Use workshop tools like folders, guillotines, MIG welders, grinders, and band saws.Maintain quality standards with a "can-do" attitude!What We're Looking For: Ability to interpret technical drawings"Can-do" attitude with attention to detailTeam player who can work independentlyBonus: A forklift license is a plus!Full Australian working rights are required.A police check; anda valid driver's licence will be part of the hiring process.Are you ready for a long-term career with a close-knit, community-focused company?
