Fabrication / Preassembly Coordinator

Operational Excellence: Ensure the application of best practices and compliance with company standards to achieve high -quality products. Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in fabrication processes. Fabrication Oversight: Oversee fabrication activities located at Henderson, with a specific focus on the E&I discipline. Monitor progress against the plan and take proactive measures to maintain alignment. Direct contractors on field run installation tasks, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety protocols. Coordinate the closure of technical queries to expedite project timelines. Minimize the impacts of engineering changes by implementing efficient change management procedures. Review and redline drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Provide guidance and support for assembly and completion of Inspection and Test Records (ITRs). Review and Planning: Collaborate with Operations Science Analysts to deploy productivity enhancement initiatives and identify barriers hindering progress. Validate actual progress against claimed progress and take corrective actions as necessary. Work closely with the Construction Package Lead to identify opportunities for improving progress and efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
