Fabrication / Pre-Assembly Coordinator - Chevron

We are currently recruiting a Fabrication / Pre-assembly Coordinator for Chevron on a contract until 07/10/2025.
This role will oversee the Fabrication located at Henderson with a focus on E&I discipline

Please note, this role with be based in Perth Henderson Supply Base (The first 2-4 weeks will be based out of the Perth CBD office)

Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
The role is responsible for ensuring application of best practices and compliance with company standards to achieve quality product.

Fabrication:
This role will oversee the Fabrication located at Henderson with a focus on E&I discipline;
The role is responsible for activities;
•Drive progress inline with the plan
•Direct contractor on field run installations
•Coordinate the closure of Technical Queries
•Minimise impacts of engineering changes
•Redline drawings
•Provide guidance and support for assembly and ITR completion

Review and Planning:
•Work with the Operations Science Analyst on site to deploy initiatives to maximise productivity. Identify barriers and work with the Operations Science Analyst and Contractors to resolve.
•Validate actual progress against progress claimed
•Work with the Construction Package lead to identify opportunities to improve progress.
