Achieve are recruiting for Fabrication Installation Labourers in Charters Towers  Reports to : Project Supervisor Location : Charters Towers  Employment Type : Casual  Job Overview We are seeking two skilled and reliable Fabrication Installation Labourers to assist with the installation of synthetic grass and netting.
The role involves working in a team to prepare, install, and finish projects to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of sites, including leveling, clearing, and measuring.
• Install synthetic grass, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement.
• Set up and install netting structures as per project specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools, including cutters, drills, and fasteners.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite, adhering to WHS standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of completed work.
Requirements: • Previous experience in fabrication, construction, or landscaping preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Current White Card (Construction Induction).
• Driver's license and reliable transport preferred.
Desirable • Experience with synthetic grass or netting installation.
