Ensuring the smooth flow of materials, timely production and delivery of projects, coordinating materials, optimising production workflows; and maintaining safety and compliance. Role activitiesOversee the daily operations of the steel fabrication workshop, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standardsCoordinate the fabrication team to ensure production schedules are adhered toManage the warehouse operations, including the storage, organisation, and retrieval of materialsLead and manage the fabrication and warehouse teams, providing training, support, and directionCollaborate with the procurement, design, sales, and installation teams to ensure smooth completion of all projects, according to project specifications and drawingsFoster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the fabrication and warehouse teamsConduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policiesWhat you will bringMinimum of 5 years of experience in a fabrication, warehouse, or logistics management role, preferably within the steel or construction industriesStrong understanding of steel fabrication processes and warehouse logisticsProficiency in inventory management systems and project management softwareKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologiesProven leadership abilityExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesValid driver's licenceTo ApplyClick apply now and upload a current Resume.
