Key Responsibilities: General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spacesPainting & DecoratingTilingCarpentryBasic plumbingDrainage & flushingChanging light bulbsEmergency light testingFire alarm/door testingGrouting & PlasteringMinor electrical worksRepairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Essential Qualifications & Experience: City & Guilds 18th Edition certification.Proven experience in a comparable Building Service Role.Proficiency in planned preventative maintenance procedures.Ability to troubleshoot single and three-phase control and distribution circuits.Familiarity with Lighting, Motor, UPS Systems, emergency generation, and HVAC plant equipment.Desirable Qualifications & Skills: City & Guilds/BTEC in Electrical Engineering.Familiarity with Computacenter head office systems.Certified in using access equipment.Specialized training in relevant areas.Health and safety qualifications.Critical Success Factors: Effective operation and maintenance of building service equipment.Minimized downtime for crucial services.Proactive approach to identifying and rectifying defects.Rigorous adherence to statutory and health & safety regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
