Subject Matter Expert in Pathology Lab Digital Solutions Customer-experience focussed role Collaborative team with regional exposure As the Solution Manager and a subject matter expert for the Pathology Lab Digital Solutions portfolio and its associated products, you will be responsible for managing the Product lifecycle from pre-launch to phase-out for the digital portfolio within the Pathology Lab Customer area, including:
Phase In: elements related to pre-launch preparation including material set up and pricing in the respective systems On-market support including marketing, supply chain and pricing Phase out with consideration for effective inventory and customer management What you will be working on:
As a Solution Manager, you will:
Develop and execute clear marketing strategies for the portfolio, defining the Marketing Mix in collaboration with the Solution Managers for the associated reagents and digital products Define and implement an appropriate pricing strategy reflective of the strategic intent of the organisation Develop relevant Marketing collaterals and ensure our products are promoted in a compliant manner and adhere to Global branding and trademark guidelines Support the Customer Success team in the execution of the Pathology Lab Digital Solutions Strategy through customer engagement Manage inventory to ensure customers receive goods on time and in full Be responsible for Customer communications in collaboration with other respective stakeholders including Regulatory and/or Applications Collaborate with and support Sales, Service as well as Lab IT in product implementations, providing guidance and subject matter expertise for the breadth of the Pathology Lab Digital Solutions portfolio Bring a consulting mindset to engagement with customers to help shape digital infrastructure requirements and return on investment Maintain currency of the rapidly evolving digital pathology and digital solutions macro and micro ecosystem Who you are:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Anatomical Pathology Previous experience working in an Anatomical Pathology laboratory preferred Experience working within the Pathology Laboratory Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional activities and stakeholders including Sales and Support, Regional and Global counterparts This role is only open to candidates with full eligibility to live and work in Australia. Visa or relocation support is not available.
