The Role As the Food & Beverage Systems Administrator , you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting various software systems, including POS, in-room/table ordering, reservation management, food cost, and safety systems. This role is crucial in driving operational efficiency, ensuring financial accuracy, and enhancing the overall guest experience. You will also collaborate with the membership loyalty system team and participate in our AI committee to drive innovation within the food and beverage domain.
Key Responsibilities POS Management : Configure and maintain SwiftPOS, ensuring promotional offers and menu accuracy. In-Room & Table Ordering : Manage and troubleshoot OrderUp to ensure seamless service. Reservation System : Optimize OpenTable settings and events to maximize table utilization. Food Cost Management : Administer Cooking the Books to ensure financial accuracy. Additional Systems : Oversee platforms such as Squisify, Tripleseat, and the RMS hotel system. System Optimization : Collaborate with IT and vendors to identify and implement improvements. Membership Loyalty Integration : Ensure a smooth connection between F&B systems and the membership loyalty platform. AI Committee Participation : Actively contribute to discussions on AI-driven improvements. What We're Looking For Strong technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting food and beverage systems (POS, reservation, cost control, etc.). Experience or familiarity with loyalty systems and their integration. Financial acumen, with an understanding of cost control principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach. RSA/RCG accreditation, relevant food safety certifications, and a current driver's license. Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage is a plus, but not essential. Enthusiasm for AI and exploring new technological advancements. Why Join Us?
