Position Summary: Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations. Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience. Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail. Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience. Support your like-minded Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. About You: An up-to-date RSA. Relevant experience in a similar role. Working rights in Australia.
