As an F&B Operations Manager, you are responsible for delivering superior Food and Beverage Service and maximizing customer service. This position reports to the Director of F&B and Culinary Experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinating daily bar and restaurant management operations.
Respond efficiently and accurately to bar and restaurant customers.
Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations.
Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and colleagues.
Monitoring store inventory activity and ensuring proper provisions.
Manage procurement/purchasing, and vendor relations.
Provide effective and efficient processes and strategies to evolve revenues and controls on expenses (generate and manage cost reports).
Establish and achieve business and profit objectives - Financial responsibility of bars.
Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Operating equipment responsibility.
Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
Fluent in English and other languages preferred.
Proven Leadership skills.
Proven Food and Beverage management experience.
Up to date with Food & Beverage trends and best practices.
Communication, leadership skills, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
Guest-oriented and service-minded.
Marketing base knowledge.
