F&B Manager (Full-Time)

The Branksome Hotel & Residences (TBHR), situated within walking distance of Mascot Station and the Domestic airport, provides luxury serviced apartments for short or long stay guests. We are seeking a hardworking and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a full-time F&B Manager.
The F&B Manager will be responsible for managing the following venues within the hotel:
Room ServicesRooftop Bar7 Conference FacilitiesThis position will be tasked to supervise the day-to-day operations of the department, including coordinating with SME and attending to other duties to ensure customer satisfaction while aiming to grow and maximise the financial performance of the department. The F&B Manager will also provide ongoing training and conduct performance management within the team.
This is a hands-on role and we require someone with:
Relevant tertiary qualificationPrevious experience in a similar capacity ideally within a hotel environmentPassion to deliver exceptional customer serviceThe ability to work in a fast-paced team environment under management directionThe ability to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external customersThe flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as requiredCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid certificatesFull work rights in AustraliaIf you are up for this great challenge and keen to advance your career and skills with one of Sydney's luxury hotels, then please click on 'Apply' now.
