Position Summary:
Rise with us and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelinesUnderstand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experienceEnsure the back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all timesAssist with stocking mini bar items in guest roomsWith a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experienceAssist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guestsSupport your like-minded food and beverage team in general operational tasksBuild and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings About You:
