The Opportunity We are now inviting applications from a friendly and social F&B Service & Event Expert - Banquet (Casual) to work in our Event team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing our guests with warm and engaging customer service at the hotel.
Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
Set up the banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture/equipment.
Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolve any problems.
Document pertinent information in the appropriate department logbook.
About You Experience working in a similar position in a luxury hotel or hospitality venue.
