What we're looking for: F9 Project Services has experienced significant growth, expanding from five employees in 2017 to now 50 employees and ranking as the 25th fastest-growing company in the AFR Fast100 list. Due to our continuous growth, we are expanding to interstate and have some exciting new opportunities in Sydney for senior Planners. If you live in Perth and wish to apply for this role, you must be willing to relocate. The successful candidates will have at least 5 years' experience and be confident and self-motivated individuals who are capable of working with a high degree of autonomy, whilst also maintaining a strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity in their work. Candidates ideally should be able to demonstrate the necessary skills through their previous planning and programming experience, including past project-based roles.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 planning software.Experience in the delivery of major construction, mining, oil & gas projects.The confidence and ability to engage and present to clients at all levels.Experience in the preparation and defense of extension of time claims.The confidence to work autonomously within a client environment.A high level of skill and understanding of contemporary resource-based planning principles, industry safety standards, and various types of construction delivery methodologies.At least a basic knowledge of contract law as it relates to time management and claims.A sound knowledge of the principles of planning.The ability to quickly ascertain a client's planning needs and project requirements.Experience in the preparation of written reports.Ability to develop and maintain cost forecasts and reporting.Able to further develop and maintain existing professional relationships as well as to seek new business opportunities.Candidates must have the right to live and work in Australia. Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide a valid police clearance, attend a pre-employment medical assessment, complete a Drug & Alcohol Test, and two professional referees.
