The Ezy Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Service Advisor to join our Moranbah team for an immediate start.

Job Description Administration tasks including but not limited to:
Monitoring, tracking and organising workshop bookings on a daily basis Preparing quotes for mechanical tasks / rental car enquiries Inventory and stock maintenance Working closely with Workshop Manager / Branch Manager Communicating mechanical faults with customers Tracking, organising and maintaining administration tasks related to Ezy Vehicle Rentals fleet Invoicing and debtor collection Courtesy collection and return of customers General enquiries and administration Providing a supporting role for key personnel Up-selling our additional products and services In addition to the Mechanical position, you will also assist the Rental Administrator in creating bookings, preparing vehicles ready for hire and assisting with any rental inquiries.
Attributes / About you: You require a good understanding of teamwork and are competent in managing yourself when unsupervised. You can handle an unpredictable environment and must be a quick learner without compromising attention to detail.
