As our Senior Consultant or Manager within the Actuarial team, you'll be at the forefront of solving complex business challenges, leveraging your actuarial expertise to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions to our Government and Public Sector clients in Canberra.

What we're looking for

We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.

Completed, or progressing towards completing, actuarial qualification (FIAA) with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an actuarial role.
Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a background in actuarial science, data science, statistics, physics, or other quantitative fields, including experience in modeling and coding.
Demonstrate strong technical actuarial skills, proficient in actuarial software and programming languages such as SAS, R, and Python.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and confidently to non-specialists.
Driven by a desire to innovate and make a meaningful difference.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
Experience in consultancy or a client-facing role Experience in health, aged care, human services (e.g.
disability, justice, child protection) or government insurance schemes Australian citizenship (to achieve security clearance for some government clients) Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
