Duties include but are not limited to: Invoicing & Ordering Material Resource coordination Coordinating and Liaising with Subcontractors Issuing Work Orders Working closely with client services and business development teams.
The right candidate will possess the following: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a positive and can-do attitude Strong Office 365 skills (a must for this role) Experience with ERP software (Pronto advantageous) Proactive and can manage multiple tasks and meet daily objectives and deadlines Has an excellent eye for detail Be punctual Able to work independently and contribute confidently to a dynamic team Able to make an immediate impact Professional, well presented, well mannered What we offer?
