Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships for fire compliance, driving sales growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality fire protection services.
Key Responsibilities: Primary: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the fire protection sector. Ensure all Extreme Fire KPIs and client-specific KPIs are achieved. Manage minor works quotation process to meet scheduled deadlines. Conduct regular scheduled meetings with clients to assess progress, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions. Record and prepare minutes of meetings. Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales forecasts. Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Provide client support in all agreed escalation channels. Extended: Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategic planning. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to expand our client base. Continue development of practical knowledge of all fire safety standards and regulations. Ability to be agile and think outside the box. Qualifications: Demonstrable experience in Account Management, or in a similar role, for at least 3 years, preferably in the fire protection or safety services industry. A strong understanding of fire protection regulations and standards is highly desirable. Experience with estimation and preparation of quotations for services or works. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong planning, scheduling, and documentation skills. Experience in effectively completing work while on the move. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. Digitally proficient in ERP/CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite - efficient in maximizing work using desktop, laptop, and/or tablet. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within NSW.
