Job DescriptionThe Role: Civilmart have an exciting opportunity available for a driven and passionate Sales Representative, seeking a new challenge in a rapidly growing organisation! The Sales Representative will be responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customers around the Toowoomba region.
This position is suited to an individual with demonstrated experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry. To be successful in this role you will be results driven, sales hungry and continuously motivated to exceed your sales targets!
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday. The Sales Representative will be on the road meeting with customers and visiting sites and report to the QLD State Sales Manager and join our growing Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales KPI's and meet quarterly targetsGenerate new business opportunities to increase salesCreate and maintain customer pricing and margins Identify, develop, and manage new areas of business growthWork co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environmentProvide quotations and complete sales ordersLiaise with finance, production, technical and logistics teamsResolve customer complaints in a timely manner Desired Skills and ExperienceThe successful applicant will have: Previous experience in a similar position within a Sales Team (essential)Previous experience working in the manufacturing, construction (highly desirable)Previous experience working with concrete products (highly desirable) Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skillsHighly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitudeDisplay passion and drive to secure new customersLove working in a vibrant and close-knit teamEnjoy turning complex customer situations into positive experiences
