We are seeking an engaging and results-driven industrial sales specialist (or someone with the right aptitude looking for a career change!)
to join our New South Wales Sales Team based in Huntingwood, on a full-time basis.
Commencing mid-January 2025.
About the role Reporting to the QLD, NSW, ACT & PNG State Manager, you will be responsible for servicing an assigned territory (Southern Sydney/NSW/ACT) and growing your territory share through market, product, and geographical evaluation.
You will optimise the presence of our product and solution-focused approach in all market segments by influencing and engaging customers.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies and meeting / exceeding your KPI's. In addition, you will –
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.Be able to plan, prepare and present commercial and technical presentations.You have the ability to prepare large, complex quotations in a timely manner.Possess the ability to bid, close and manage a range of client orders.In conjunction with the State Manager, develop and implement sales strategy for your region.About you You will be critical in developing our markets to their full potential by building our existing customer base to create partnerships based on excellent customer service and providing unique value-added solutions.
In addition, you will –
Be an active team player!Be self-motivated, with a passion for generating customer solutions.Have previous experience in Business Development.Have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Possess strong problem-solving skills.Have a strong attention to detail.Work with initiative and drive to achieve targets.Industrial/Commercial/Mining/Electrical/Technical exposure is regarded, but not essential.For a confidential discussion, or to apply - please submit your cover letter and resume.
