CrewSELECT are supporting their client who delivers high-quality products and solution services to the mining industry in their search for an External Product Support Representative to join their team in Perth.
Job Overview: The Product Support Representative must have proven experience in an equivalent role, having worked within a distributor, third party and direct sales network operation.
The capacity to secure strong business development growth is essential.
Demonstrated ability within the Equipment Parts industry is a definite advantage.A proactive and flexible approach in dealing with the demands of constantly changing priorities and situations is fundamental.
The capacity to meet deadlines and be able to manage many tasks and activities simultaneously is essential.A totally customer service focused attitude, combined with enthusiasm and self-direction are considered critical to the position, as is the ability to work independently on projects without management intervention.
The Product Support Representative must be capable of developing and planning strategies and objectives in line with company direction in gaining and growing business.Planning, organizing, an eye for detail together with strong sales acumen skills is necessary as are presentation and negotiation skills.
