About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing and communications generalist who is passionate about using their skills and creativity to improve the health and wellbeing of Victorians. The External Communications Coordinator reports to the External Communications Manager and provides a broad range of support to the External Communications team, and the broader Social Marketing & Communications team. This includes supporting the execution of media and social media strategies and events, creating engaging content, monitoring and reporting, and various administration tasks.
Key responsibilities: Coordinating the production of various VicHealth events including digital and face-to-face events managed in house or with external assistanceDeveloping content for earned and owned channels including social mediaProviding support to develop and implement media relations and social media engagementAbout you: We're looking for someone who is able to clearly demonstrate agility, initiative and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive and inclusive team. You will be a strong writer and storyteller and know how to create compelling content for different audiences and channels. You thrive working in a fast-paced media and social media landscape and can confidently manage competing priorities and deadlines.
