Here, you'll find a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment that champions professional development and celebrates success.The firm has a people-first culture to empower you to build meaningful relationships, solve complex challenges, and make a lasting impact for businesses, individuals, and the broader community.What You'll Be Doing:Manage a portfolio of audit clients, reporting directly to the Principles and Partners.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.Oversee the planning and execution of audits, ensuring compliance with methodology and auditing standards.Review audit team deliverables and monitor projects to stay within time and budget constraints.Prepare key deliverables, including audit closing reports.Present audit findings at Committee and Board meetings as needed.Provide leadership, training, and on-the-job feedback to the audit team.Foster motivation, collaboration, and a sense of shared goals among team members.Requirements:Proven technical expertise in accounting and auditing.A bachelor's degree in accounting (or related discipline) and CA qualification.5-7 years of experience, with 2-3 years of experience working as a Manager leading and managing engagements.Experience as a performance manager with excellent communication skills.Ability to work on multiple clients simultaneously, either in a mid-tier or big four firm.Experience in servicing a portfolio of clients across various industries.Proven experience in one of the following markets: Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK, Europe.A passion for helping clients succeed.A valid driver's license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
